Worst stay of my life. My mom let me pick the room for a 21st bday trip. After thoroughly looking through reviews I chose this one. Cleanliness was my top priority & reviews backed that up. I also liked the rooms and the outside hotel visuals. Everything that was advertised to me was FALSE! The room was not clean and it also did NOT look like the pictures. Floors were chipped and dirty looking, EVERYTHING had built up years worth of DUST on it. NO MICROWAVES ANYWHERE. The room had gnats and some weird flying bugs in it & NO I didn’t open the window, I can read! The room was a lot smaller than showed & no cable. We had to pay a resort fee that had WiFi included but it only worked OUTSIDE of the hotel. The wash cloths placed in the room were also dirty! The tv had about 5 channels all in Spanish!!! I also got bit up & was moved to a nicer room on my LAST day. The room I was moved to looked like the pictures advertised up on the website. When I asked about this difference I was told they were the same room types and the building was old, that they were working on the rooms and I got one of the ones that hadn’t been touched yet. I do not believe this is my problem in any way shape or form. I booked what was advertised and was not informed that I would potentially be placed in a room not advertised to me. I did not get to stay in a room I ACTUALLY took the time to book and pay for until the last day of my expensive stay there AFTER being bit up. Even then I STILL had to go back and forth about even getting a room switched. Before this option I was told that they could come CLEAN the beds I was getting bit up In again. False advertisement should be illegal, especially with no proper compensation! Please just make sure they don’t make you pay for something you didn’t ask for. I also called ahead of time to let them know I was coming and they said “we have room’s available” as if they did not have mine set for me. I knew something was off when I came in for check in and I guy was complaining as a “regular” and they just pushed him to the side and told him to report it. Not right at all !!!!!
