This hotel could use an upgrade. We first visited 13 years ago, and not much has changed. The buffet is extremely limited and breakfast is the same every morning. The room was okay but needed a paint job. The specialty restaurants were good, especially the Italian. Milagros in the first club bar was friendly and helpful and Jill and Kimberly in the buffet were also great. The 2nd pool was a great addition to the property and was very lively during the day. The entertainment was lacking but I guess it was okay for the small size of the property.
