Horrible experience on the first night. This place is isolated so you will not be in walking distance of San Jose downtown tourist area. The toilet is currently flooding and there is water all over the floor and hallway. There were bugs crawling on me while sitting on bed and hair on the pillows as well. I had to hold a light for the staff to look at the breaker outside and it is currently 12am. This was supposed to be a relaxation trip, but this is just horrible.
