We were there for a family reunion in Feb 2025. We were fortunate to stay on the grounds of this fabulous place. It is a gated community, and as the name emplies, it has a golf course. There are over 400 residences in the community with more being built. It is located on a beach which is in a bay. There is a restaurant on site that is right on the beach. There is a covered area with a bar and beautiful wood tables, but there are tables outside under trees as well. They have various entertainment, including a karaoke night. They have a good selection of food on the menu, and all that i ordered was delicious. There is a small but well stocked grocery store that sells a decent selection of beer and alcohol as well. I was told that 75% of the residents are canadian. There is abundant while life on the grounds, including Mccaws, monkeys, iguana's the and the odd snake. We did see a cayman (small alligator) in the stream sunning himself. It's really amazing to see these animals in their natural environment. While not a golfer, I was told the course is beautiful. In some of the pictures you will see parts of the course. They are presently building a new Pro shop.
