I was here for business. The decor is very dated and all sports memorabilia. There is an odd odor to the lobby and halls of this establishment. They do NOT offer a digital key in terms of other Hilton properties. I was NOT recognized as a gold member and not given the two bottles of water. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door of my one bedroom suite. Updated, modern and clean! No odors whatsoever! The bath tub was AMAZING! A full soaking tub which I thought was wonderful. The only complaints I have regarding the room are the pillows. They are so full and high they were painful. Also the creepy sports photos over the bed were a no. Other than that it appeared to be clean property. I would suggest improving the standards in terms of being in line with other Hilton properties if you are a Hilton Rewards Member….. and adhering to those benefits and attempting to install the digital key process so tired travelers don’t have to sit at the front desk to check in.
