A wonderful and incredible place with astonishing views from the room. I originally did a reservation for the Sunset Palace hotel but when I arrived, that hotel was closed. I thought it was gonna’ be a nightmare but it turned into something good: I was moved to Pacific Palace and I was given an upgrade, a junior suite with a balcony, they respected my view-to-the-sea and all-inclusive options I had paid for. The staff are really welcoming and really nice. Specially waiter Jose Eduardo made our stay very pleasant. The different options to reserve at night were super cool. The norteño band at the Luna Palace hotel, the Juan Gabriel imitator, the food options, the cleanliness of the hotel were really good. Also the bar has a lot of drink options and the guys at the bars are really nice. The only two bad things we found: the time the pools close are way too early, at 8 pm, when in most hotels the time for the pools to close is usually at 9 or 10 pm. And the fact that when we arrived we couldn’t even walk because of all the tourist groups at the parking garage of the Pacific, which is also its entrance . It was hectic, so a little more of organization would be nice. Other than that we loved the hotel.
