The hotel is closed!!! When we arrived it was closed. Any information. They didn't answer calls nor texts. Absolutely disregard customers. We found they were sent a few hours earlier(!) WhatsApp message with a link to !another hotel!!! A few kilometres away from Mazatlan, out of the town! We arrived late, restaurant were closed. Any store nearby. Disaster. Later we get info, they have a problem with electricity (!) since December. This is regular cheating of customers. I absolutely do not recommend visits in the hotel.
