At arrival room was a messy. Not a great welcome. Staff did clean it but did not receive any kind of courtesy meal or upgrade for this terrible experience. I have been there many years and for the first time we did not feel welcome by the staff. In the past every staff member that workers at any field of the resort has always greeted us. This time only 2% of them did. They would greet us only if we said, good morning, good afternoon, etc.. first. The entertainment staff was great Sylvia and Daniel karaoke was so much fun. Also the games played during the day. We think that staff should be reminded that if the guest feels welcome and happy we will come back and they will always have a job.
