Wonderful experience..had room on 15th floor. Great food.Hector at front door is great & a Football fan!!! At the La Concha & Mexican restaurant at hotel, the waiter, Fabian, was fabulous! Made our experiences dining that much greater. He recommended the pork shank as an excellent choice & was spot on! Our 10 days passed too quickly. We had an issue with one of the toilets in our room and the maintenance people quickly replaced the part within 24 hrs! Good work . Our hot water in kitchen sink was also repaired the same day. Our sunset views were spectacular
