Excellent place to get bed bugs and get injured. In the Villa we stayed at we found bed bugs and reported it to reception. They took a picture of the picture I had taken and sent it to the manager and said he would be on his way. We waited an hour for him to arrive before I went back to reception to ask again. Another lady there told the receptionist to wash our clothes and send maintenance to fumigate. The maintenance man showed up and sprayed some kind of alcohol solution on all our stuff to get rid of any possible bed bugs. When the manager arrived he barely even greeted us and did not ask us anything about the incident. We were moved to a different Villa and later that day when we were having dinner at the restaurant at site the manager approached us to insinuate we were lying about the bed bugs claiming the picture they had send him was not of that place because their mattress did not have those kind of tags on them, but had he looked time to actually ask us about the incident he would have known the picture was of a pillow. I showed him the picture on my phone and told him it was of the pillow and to see the head rest of the bed to see that it matched the one in the room and all he did was walk away. At no point were we apologized to and were only spoken to insinuate we were lying. I also informed him of the injury I suffered by the hot to because they were missing a cap in one of the drains for the hot tub and my foot fell thrugh. I told him to go check as my blood was still around the hot tub. For my injury Sandra at the front desk supplied me with cotton, gauze, antiseptic spray and a antibacterial pomade. It took several hours for them to finally cover the hole.
