We had an awesome time! Everyone was extremely accommodating, food was very good, and every need we had was met. Beautifully maintained locations and as well kept as everything can be with the heavy seaweed. The staff is truly phenomenal here, we’ve been here a lot of times and are always pleased with the service. Alberto was in charge of our butler service for the week and he made sure we were well attended to at every point. Jose kept everything well maintained at the pool and the as extremely nice. Ricardo is in charge of pool service and he is constantly checking in with everyone to make sure they are satisfied and attended to. Already excited for next year!
