This was my bf and I first time visiting Mexico, and staying at the Royal Sands in Cancun made it an unforgettable experience! The resort was beautiful, and the overall service was outstanding. One thing we really appreciated was how clean and well maintained everything was. There was always someone working hard to make sure the resort stayed neat and spotless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special shout out to the Phase 1 pool staff; Pedro, Irvin, Miguel, Facundo, and Wilfredo for their amazing customer service and quick attention. They were always friendly, helpful, and made our time by the pool even better. The room service was also 5-star. Anytime we needed something, whether it was water, food, or an item for our room, it was delivered quickly and with great service. One small downside was that the bar didn’t have music playing consistently. There were long periods without any music, which made the atmosphere feel a bit quiet and lowered the overall mood. Having music throughout the day would have created a more lively and enjoyable experience. Our first trip to Mexico was a wonderful experience, and the Royal Sands played a big part in that. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cancun!
