Arrived a while ago and they will not let me into my room without sitting through some sales presentation or something. After a day of travel they are holding my room and luggage hostage because they want to sell me something and don't have the patience to let me settle in first. I already paid more for this reservation ahead of time so I didn't have to sit through a sales presentation. I've been here less than an hour and already I can tell you DON'T GO HERE. Scam. EDIT: only getting worse on day 2. After having paid a hefty sum up front to upgrade to "all inclusive" so we wouldn't need to worry about food and drinks and specifically being told that it would apply at all 4 of their local properties, the first time I go to the bar at another one of the properties I was told "all inclusive doesn't apply here". Again, just STAY AWAY. Also the rooms at our resort are definitely leaving a lot to be desired. Dated, which isn't so bad, but the hot water constantly cycles on and off while taking a shower every 20 or 30 seconds making it very uncomfortable. I was told on the phone the suite had a king bed and a pull out but it is two doubles. All around, I would not ever book here again, mostly because it is just false advertising and clearly only a way to funnel people to a timeshare presentation. Which would be fine if it were free or even if they had been transparent.
