Arguably the worst hotel experience this year. Hotel is very run down. Rooms are basic. Food and drink offerings are very below average. But the worst part is the sheer apathy of almost every single member of staff(only exception was a young porter who helped with bags). Every other member of staff needs to be fired or re trained. I suspect this is down to inept management who have cultivated this culture. On check out, I was told I had to wait while the room was checked, they didn’t appreciate when I suggested are they checking that I improved the room overnight !
