I’ve been living at harbor landing for 3 years and the concierge staff have really made this place feel like home. Lynn and David really run the show. While I was on crutches, Lynn brought my packages to my apartment and would offer to help take my dog out . The concierge staff are friendly, professional, they make this place feel secure and consistently go out of their way to assist residents—whether it’s receiving packages, greeting guests, or helping with day-to-day concerns. They create a welcoming atmosphere that adds a personal touch to the building. Building management is responsive and efficient when it comes to maintenance requests or addressing issues within the common areas as well as keeping it very clean. The cleaning staff is very friendly. I’d recommend this building to anyone looking for a well-managed property with a reliable, friendly team in place. I’m grateful for the friends I’ve made at Harbor landing.
