Nice updated resort. Fast and friendly house keeping. Maintenance tech was fast. Front desk on the phone was nice and friendly as well. Great job keeping the resort clean, as I know that can be a task of it's own. Checking in took very along time, which was mentioned because they were slammed with new guest coming in, which is understandable. There were 2 representatives checking the guest in. Wasn't aware that the balcony would be facing the building and not the beach. Next time I will make sure to get the front view of the ocean and not the side view. Other than that. It was a nice kid friendly clean resort.
