Very clean rooms, great location on mid cape, the hot tub and pools were very nice although the hot tub was very rough on the shoulders. Stayed in the Pavilion building above the lobby, excellent two bedroom, two bathroom "standard" with full-size refrigerator, microwave, electric burners, and a dishwasher that we never used. Being on the top floor was great, but having to lug our stuff up three flights of stairs not so great. Did not have a view of the ocean from our room but not a real big deal. My biggest complaint would be that the wifi is awful, so expect that when booking
