Guests at the Marriott Vacation Club Pulse at Custom House, Boston, in the Downtown Waterfront, often feel they are living inside a skyline icon. The atmosphere blends historic grandeur with residential comfort, as travelers rave about the unusually spacious suites and the staff’s genuine warmth. While the vibe is independent, the service remains attentive. The standout perk is the 26th floor observation deck where guests enjoy exclusive access to panoramic sunset views that capture the entire city and harbor.
The hotel truly captivated me! Its rich history adds a unique charm, and the location is simply ideal for exploring the city. We could easily stroll to numerous attractions and access the subway conveniently located at the government center. Faneuil Hall was just steps away, making it even more appealing. Our two-story loft felt like a cozy home away from home. The continental breakfast was perfect for a quick bite before our daily adventures, and having the bar open until 11 PM was a welcome relief after a long day of sightseeing, allowing us to avoid the crowds at nearby pubs. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and I eagerly anticipate my next stay.
