I recently stayed at this hotel in Mexico and would rate it 3 out of 5. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and has great beach access, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were generally polite and helpful, and the food served was quite good in terms of taste and quality. However, there were a few things that impacted our experience. We were charged an unexpected extra fee at check-in, which hadn’t been mentioned during the booking process. To make matters worse, they didn’t have a record of our payment, and we had to follow up multiple times to confirm we had already paid at the front desk. Although the hotel advertises as all-inclusive, there are restrictions—after 10 PM, no food is available unless you pay extra for room service. This was inconvenient, especially if you’re hungry late at night. The activities offered were okay but nothing particularly exciting. Still, if you’re looking for a clean place with beach access and decent food, this hotel can work for a short stay. Just be aware of the extra charges and limited food hours. With a few improvements, it could be much better.
