The hotel itself was nice. The cleanliness of the hotel is fantastic. But I am here to write regarding our Servers Carlos, Francisco and Jose. These 3 gentlemen are exceptional. All of them were very attentive, friendly and hardworking. They go and beyond to make our experience is great. Our room attendant was also Amazing. She made sure our room always clean and fridge always stocked with drinks. We stayed from 6/2-10 Thank you, We love Cancun and we enjoyed our Anniversary. From, Mr. And Mrs. Baeta
