I cannot say enough about our experience! We had such a great week with great service and amenities! We did upgrade to the Crown Club so we could have access to the lounge - HIGHLY recommend especially if you’re just traveling as a couple with no kids. On that note - it is very family friendly with a lot of kid options! They do a great job of also have adult only access to a few things like the lounge, one pool and one restaurant. We never felt crowded or like we couldn’t do what we wanted. The service was amazing especially Jerry in the lounge! We will be back!!
