Extremely convenient location, but I might avoid going out for a smoke super late at night in that part of Hyannis. Staff was wonderful. Atmosphere was very quiet, but I was there in early June. As for the room - they did an amazing job putting lipstick on the pig. But look closely and you will find a lot of issues. Spongy floorboards in the bathroom no doubt due to there being no fan and gaps in the sealing strip that covers where the floor meets the walls. Also they don't allow hanging towels to dry on the patio which is insane considering people come to Cape Cod for the beaches. So that keeps the room damp and keeps your beach towels nice and wet. I suspect that room will be mold city by the end of the summer. That said, the kitchen was nice and the bed was very comfortable.
