This is our first visit to Jiminy Peak, we hiked today from the base village to the summit, doing the loop starting from the left side of the mountain and then finishing coming down the right side. What an amazing hike! While it's a little weird to see wind mills turning in such a beautiful area of the Berkshires, Jiminy Peak did an excellent job with the base village. It's one of the nicest on the East Coast and definitely the nicest base village of anywhere in the Berkshires or Catskills resorts. The ski terrain looked very similar to what you'd ski in the Catskills. We'll have to come back here to ski it in the winter someday.
