We stayed 10 days during Christmas and New year in room 103, a one bedroom room on the bottom floor with a terrace facing the sea. The views are obstructed by neighbouring buildings. The room has a basic kitchenette with basic equipment for reheating or preparing lighter meals. The bed was very comfortable. We found the living room a bit tight as well as the eating space and shower room. We appreciated the gym which had most of what you need; dumb bells up to 20 kg, kettle bells och barbell up to 92,5 kg total and a rack. Also a treadmill, bicycle and crosstrainer. Unfortunately the jacuzzi didn't work during our stay though it was one of the reasons the chose the place. There was two washing machines and a dryer free to use as well as detergent, which was great. The hills are a bit tough to walk up, but you get nice views and close proximity to the park with walking trails.
