First time in Spain and I was frankly disappointed. The staff were very ignorant towards my near two year old boy and made us feel unwelcome because of being English. The kids club staff had totally left my son out in the activities at the kids disco and no one acknowledged him again being English a majority were of course Spanish/ French. Completely ignorant towards him. Not only this but the room we got was not child included which we requested cot etc prior to booking. Due to this after asking them to sort it my son had to sleep in the double bed for 11 nights, causing me constant worry. We were not welcomed there at all and is very little information up about daily activities and night entertainment. The resort of the aqua park a pools my child loved so I couldn’t fault this. But had no refreshments in room such as tea coffee etc. We were all inclusive so meals were included but we’re down for breakfast an then lunch an had some mouldy food, a not much selection for kids apart from soup nuggets and cod croquettes. We had to go an buy food for my child to eat that wouldn’t cause him any illnesses. It could be better for other customers we just unfortunately had a negative experience which we will not be visiting again. Hopefully it is better and the dream holiday for others, but it wasn’t for us.
