The people at the reception are really helpful. they welcomed me straight in, and gave me directions and kept my language. The location is excellent as it is walking distance to the Santiago Bernabeu. The room was clean and spacious and has a large balcony. There is also a couch to chill on. The fittings are not brand new but it is comfortable. For me a bit expensive but great stay overall.
