My kids and I had a great experience at the Royal Sonesta. The valet was easy. The bell hop made luggage a breeze. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us to get us straight into our double bed city view room. It was huge! Had a nice sitting area with couch and coffee table. It was fairly quiet, just heard some sirens from firetrucks a couple of times. It is a great location to everything downtown. Fun to see it on the boat tour. We ate at the restaurant and I was relieved they had a kids menu. The staff were all really nice. I felt safer because you had to use your key card to get to your specific floor. Highly recommend.
