Rent your timeshare
This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. After reserving a king bed, but realizing our children might come with us, I called to request two queens. They said they didn’t have any rooms with two queens but that they would put a note to give me a room with a pullout sofa. We arrived at 7:30 AM on the day of checkout just to drop off our bags but they actually had our room available. I told them we no longer needed the sofa bed room, but requested a nice view since it was Mother’s Day weekend. They gave us a huge room that still had a sofa bed with a great view! In addition, Michael, the security/doorman, was so kind and funny and provided absolutely excellent customer service…above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel!
