Just stayed for a week. The resort has SO MUCH potential. Rooms were dirty. Full kitchen was not stocked with amenities. No hangers. No wash clothes. Facility was filthy and same garbage and chewed gum on floors for the whole week. Charged $199.50 for broken or closed amenities. The positive was the tub in the room, but my spouse got a candy wrapper on him during a bath that we didn't put in the tub. There was no hot water when we first arrived. Other patrons were using curse-words to communicate their stay. Front desk didn't answer the phone. At check-out they couldn't give a receipt for charges because they had phone lines that weren't working and printer was broken. We paid twice as much to stay here due to a misleading 4.0 rating given for this resort. The list of disappointments is SO long, you wouldn't believe me if I started listing. I would NOT stay again.
