Oops!We ran out of stays at this resort.Click here to find something better!
My husband, 5 year old son and myself stayed there this past weekend. When we first got there, at 7pm, we checked in and were anxious to eat after our 2 hour commute. We were told all the restaurants were closed. The only place open was the fast food place. We were told we can door dash food to our room from a local place. We were given a map to find Willowbrook, where we would be staying. At night it was hard to find. We finally found the lodge. Hoping something was open to eat but all dark. We were lucky to find a security guard that was nice enough to escort us to Willowbrook. We got to our room and was looking forward to order food, which took over 45 minutes to come. Meanwhile I was excited to try the hot tub. The hot tub was broken and didn’t work. Ended up just giving my son a bath until food got there. We called front desk and in within a half hour someone came to move us to a different room where hot tub works. We gathered our stuff and moved upstairs. The hot tub worked but no hot water. At this point it was almost 9:30. We called again and was told the hot water would be fixed by the morning. We put our son to bed and decided to just call it a night. The next day we went to the water park. We were told that only the wave pool and one slide were working. Another disappointment. The water was cold. We stayed only one hour. My son was disappointed and wanted to leave. Needless to say we wanted a nice relaxing weekend and it was anything but. We will not be returning
