My mom paid full price for this room as a gift to us. Even though we weren't getting any deal by staying it didn't stop them from trying to get us to book a presentation with the promise of more free stuff. Luckily my husband was able to help me continue to say no so we wouldn't be harassed the small amount of time we stayed. The room was really nice, which is why I'm giving two stars. The indoor pool was nice too. Mini golf is made to look like it's included but it's $10 a person. If I would have known that I wouldn't have done it but we had already told the kids we were gonna go so they had their heart set on playing. The one thing that really upset me was we accidentally left our kids water bottles (one was a yeti) in the fridge of our unit. We quickly realized and we're luckily in the area. I called while on my way back and was told the unit was already cleaned and nothing was found. We drove back anyways and we're able to talk to the cleaning crew who told us nothing was found-the woman my husband spoke too said she personally cleaned the unit and didn't find anything. I am 100% certain the cups were in the fridge so they were either taken or thrown away. Very disappointed in this as well. Loved the area but would not return to this particular hotel/resort.
