Rosedale On Robson is an incredible value - especially with discount from Expedia. The hotel is located at the center of everything, extremely walkable. Their elevator is very quiet and delightfully decorated. The room is well built with thick walls and heavy doors. No outside noise. Compared with resort suites, Rosedale on Robson's is not the biggest. There is no walk-in cabinet, for example. Seating area is somewhat limited, too. But it is quite adequately equipped. Aboriginal themed decors are simple and tasteful, Furnitures efficiently laid out with amber space to move around. The mini-kitchen is not large but adequate for a short stay, with stove, small oven, and a small fridge. It also has a Keurig coffee maker and a standard microwave oven. They even furnish real porcelain mugs! The staff is friendly and attentive. Check-in was quick. Room is very clean and supply well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. The view from our 12th-floor is fantastic! The only drawback is limited parking space. Part of the underground parking is shared with public parking. We arrived late. The lower levels for hotel guests were filled to the extent that we were unable to find a parking space. I cannot say that they do not have enough slots for all guests. But some vehicles were parked on the line, and most parked in stalls marked for "small vehicles" were not at all small. In the end, we had to call into front desk. They instructed us to park in the upper levels. Even there, it was hard to find a space that was not marked as "Reserved". Overall, this has exceeded my expectations.
