This is our first time staying at Westin Whistler. Everything was wonderful. The staff was professional, efficient and helpful. The room was nice and clean with top-notch amenities. We utilized the pool, hot tub, and sauna which were all very nice. The hotel lobby was spacious with comfortable seatings. There was an upscale promenade shop area. The landscape was beautiful, and the entire hotel had a feeling of a 5-star hotel. The location is unbeatable -- a short walk to the gondolas and the ski lift, and across the street from the golf driving range. It's in the Whistler Village so it's close to many restaurants and stores, and yet it's far enough from a few louder restaurants so it's quiet. They allowed us to park our car until 4 pm on the day of check-out. This made a big difference in convenience as we could still go skiing after checking out. The previous hotels we stayed in Whistler only allowed us to park until 1 pm on the last day. When we got back from skiing in the afternoon, they even put out hot chocolate and cookies for the guests!
