Room 413 I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Instead of receiving a key or keycard, I had to use an eight-digit code for entry parking and an elevator. This system is inconvenient, especially if your phone dies and you don’t remember the code. The hotel itself is quite old, though its location is very convenient, with easy access to the city. However, the overall level of comfort leaves much to be desired. A dirty, foul-smelling carpet remained in the elevator throughout my stay, and no one bothered to remove it. The room felt more like an apartment with basic amenities, but the front door had zero soundproofing—I could clearly hear my neighbors. The sofa in the living area was difficult to unfold, likely due to an old or broken mechanism. Additionally, in the bathroom, something was constantly buzzing behind the ceiling cover, resembling the sound of a transformer running all the time. I never figured out what it was. This hotel does not deserve its claimed three-star rating; it’s more like a two-star property. Management should pay more attention to maintenance and service quality, especially considering the prices they charge.
