Location was great, very convenient! This room was advertised with a hot tub in the room, which is the reason we chose it. When we got to the room, they had a sign up.saying it was out of order. I called to ask for some kind of compensation. They didn't provide any. I asked for the contact for the owners so they would know and they wouldn't provide any information. An employee who brought us batteries for our TV shared that the unit has had this broken hot tub for months. Please know when you boom this, they are advertising a hot tub when there isn't one working.
