We came here for a night's stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed! The hotel is only a five minute drive to the town centre but we felt like we were really secluded which was lovely. The building is beautiful with some amazing original features and really lovely grounds. The room seemed to be clean and had a lovely big window letting lots of light in. Although we didn't eat in the main restaurant, we did have food in the bar and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had! Our breakfast (which was included) was a buffet with lots of different options and very fresh and tasty. All the staff were very polite and helpful. We look forward to coming back again!
