This is a large resort and while it’s older, it’s very well maintained — clean and comfortable. The accommodations are spacious and well equipped. A family can spend days here without having to leave. ☕️ There’s a cute coffee shop, gardens, walking path, indoor pool and hot tubs, large outdoor pool and hot tubs, an activity center, mini golf, playground, and restaurant. A great option for families with kids! We stayed here during Mother’s Day weekend and it was quiet and peaceful. My only concern is that the facilities were short staffed — maybe because it wasn’t busy season — but there was only one person working the coffee shop and there was always a line. It took 20 - 30 minutes to get a coffee! Not the barista’s fault, she did her best, given the number of customers. There was also only one server in the restaurant, and it took a very long time to receive our orders, even for a simple salad and burger. The staff who were there were all friendly and apologetic regarding the wait. Hopefully the resort adds more support.
