Hello Royal Uno, I previously stayed at Royal Uno in 2023 and was offered a promotion package for a future trip, which included attractive options. I decided to purchase the package for a 5-day, 4-night stay. However, with Royal Uno now being acquired by Hilton, I’ve been not informed that my package has become invalid. It resulted in the loss of both my booking and payment. I am deeply disappointed with how this situation has been handled. It feels unfair for the package to be voided without proper communication or alternatives being offered. Could you please clarify why this has happened and what steps can be taken to resolve this issue?
