The beach was beautiful and the staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there were some issues that impacted our experience. When we arrived, there were roaches in our room, and although we were moved to another one, the concierge didn’t seem shocked or surprised. The second room had cold water and a strong mildew smell. The food was disappointing, and if you’re staying on the lower floors, just be aware it can get pretty loud due to the dining area and kitchen nearby. If you plan to spend time at the pool, I would choose a different hotel. The pool looked and did not look well-kept.
