A fantastic oasis in the heart of San Juan! The convenience to the airport is outstanding! The staff speak English and Spanish and are super friendly. The security staff is always nearby under the trees on the beach, which makes even the most nervous guests feel safe. Even going for a walk out in the neighborhood to get supplies and food at local stores felt safe. Everyone seemed to know that tourists were there to spend money and help out the economy. The hotel rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff was GREAT!!! The pool towel people worked hard to make sure there were always clean tables, chairs, and towels ready. Even the gym was beautiful, overlooking the beach, and clean! Will definitely come back here!
