Hotel & Suites El Moro is an excellent place to stay if you're staying in La Paz. It's situated at the end of town but close enough that you can drive anywhere in 10 minutes. Plus there is a nice Cafe on the 1st level serving up some good breakfast and the pool is excellent . Great stunning hotel with a beautiful pool and options to arrange activities. Close to the boardwalk which is perfect to run in the morning or walk to restaurants or for some ice cream .
