The girl in the office is very nice and helpful. It is a quiet place convenient to the ocean with a decent pool area. Older crowd I wouldn't bring kids here they might get bored. The building itself is nothing great to look at but the rooms aren't bad they're pretty roomy. If you were just here to go to the beach and sit by the pool and read a book it's not a bad place. There is a decent amount of traffic noise from A1 A however
