Guests flock to Marriott's Harbour Lake in Orlando just off International Drive for its distinct Key West summer camp energy. The staff are consistently praised for their warm responsiveness and ability to make every guest feel like family rather than just a room number. Parents love that the pirate ship pool and mini golf course keep children endlessly entertained. A frequently mentioned favorite feature is the spacious screened in balconies which allow for bug free evening relaxation overlooking the water.
We had a great experience last weekend at Marriott Harbor Lake vacation club. First off the staff was amazingly friendly. I don’t think we’ve encountered a staff that was this accommodating at a hotel in recent memory. The amenities for kids are fantastic. Multiple pools, slide, pirate ship, Mini golf and other things. They also have nightly activities going and sometimes poolside entertainment. The rooms are great and have everything that you could want. The full kitchen, balcony, full dining room, and separate bedroom were really nice. I will say the mattresses were a bit hard for me. The location was great and the quality of food at the restaurant/bar was good as well. The only thing that would set this hotel even farther above where it is now is to have a more formal restaurant on the property as well. There were times when it would’ve been nice to have a sitdown restaurant rather than the patio bar area. Overall we were very happy with our experience.
