Guests love the Sheraton Vistana Villages for feeling less like a hotel and more like a quiet, spacious community on the calmer end of International Drive in Orlando. Families rave about the massive villas with full kitchens and the St. Augustine section for its pirate ship pool, while savvy travelers request the secluded Key West phase for a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. Staff earn frequent praise for warm service that keeps the vacation vibe effortless, making this a relaxing home base.
My family stayed here during our week vacation. Another family in our group has an updated/renovated villa but we stayed in an older model. They look totally different. Our villa was nice and clean. The resort property is very nice with lots to do and explore weather permitting. It's quiet and peaceful. Our building was near the waterfall which is loud from the patio but once you are tucked away inside, you couldn't hear it, nor will it disturb your sleep. The pools were really nice with plenty of seating and towels. There are multiple to choose from. I had no issues with service. Anytime I texted with a request, I was acknowledged very quickly, and either my question was answered or whatever I needed was brought over as soon as possible. The resort was about 20 minutes from Disney and maybe 30 minutes from Universal Studios. Not a lot of stuff in walking distance but not a far drive. Would definitely stay here again and also recommend.
