Lucas at the front desk is professional, polite, and resourceful -- great start to our experience at Westgate. We got an amazingly priced deal which makes the room an obvious 5 stars. Our room was very modern and pretty. My daughter loves the home vibes, she loves that the entire facility looks like actual apartments/homes and doesn't look like the typical resorts that we frequent. The pool area is small, but pretty - small overall by appropriate for the size of the resort. I'm aware there is another pool area as well. Love the overall vibe, location is great as well.
