An outstanding experience. First, the staff. Because of our late arrival, we were contacted with checkin instructions which were very easy to understand. We arrived and were in our room in under 5 minutes, having never been here before. Throughout the trip we had no complaints. The wifi was great and I was able to work through my trip. It looks like they have just upgraded the whole system so it's great to see properties that care about their guests experience. Bahiyyih and Pabony deserve recognition for their outstanding service!! Second, the location. Just a few minutes south and you have a mecca of food, entertainment, and shopping. A few minutes north and you have peaceful beaches and harbors with water rentals and anything else you may want to do for entertainment on the beach. And last, We thoroughly enjoyed our trip here and can't want till we can visit again. We would highly recommend Ventura to families and we saw many families with children enjoying the property and pool. Thanks again!
