This place is very outdated on the inside, I'm not sure if or when it's been updated. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low, I feel like a new shower head would've done wonders. The carpet was very old and for some reason the flooring in some spots of the kitchen and bathroom were sticky. When you are walking on the wooden deck outside or the walkways to your car it was slippery when it got wet, which I think cleaning it off would help. All of us almost slipped down in the shower due to it being so slippery and there was no bath mat to use, so we had to go buy one. A positive was the fire place, it was nice getting to use that. The location is good as well, short drive into Helen and is nice having your car right by the door.
