Whirlpool tub did not work, only 1 exchange of towels was allowed, per week, room towels are required to be used for the swimming pool, towels can only be exchanged on Mondays between 10 - 11. 2 rolls of tissue are provided for 4 people, for a week, additional charges apply for more, bring your own. Walls, ceiling, floor, sound travels ! Very steep incline, to building! Patio door would not lock, but we were on the 2nd floor.
