We stayed in the ATHOLL Suite and were very impressed – the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. It would have been helpful to have an iron and ironing board in the room, but otherwise, it was a lovely space. The grounds were stunning and well kept, with scenic walks that we really enjoyed. The spa facilities, including the pool, sauna, steam room, and gym, were excellent and added a lot to our stay. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. We tried the snack menu, à la carte dinner, and breakfast – all of which were cold, bland, and overpriced. Breakfast offered a buffet and a few menu items (we had Eggs Benedict, pancakes, and a full English), but sadly, everything arrived cold. Despite the dining experience, we would return, as the location and facilities are fantastic. Next time, though, we’d explore the local area for meals.
