We had a similar experience as the previous reviewer. The owner of this hotel is rude and un-helpful over the course of multiple run-ins. We visited in the off-season (October) and were literally the only guests in the entire hotel. I would think in those circumstances it would be easy to provide courteous customer service, but no such luck. When we asked to get fresh mugs, we were accused of dirtying the coffee-stained mugs found in our cupboard. We were not told that the hot-tub was out of service until we tried to get access to it. No apology, just a grumpy response. Our room never did get serviced on our last day. The hotel itself is fine, but the service is the worst I've ever experienced.
